Order Information
It is very important that you read the description of each item before you place your order. There is a sizing chart available on the product page so you can choose your correct size. It is also of equal importance that you provide us with your correct information before you finalize your order.
What happens after I place my order?
You will receive an order confirmation email which will provide you with all the details about your order. You will also be updated when your item is being shipped to you.
Our products generally ship within 5-10 business days of purchase for U.S orders. For Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico & International orders please allow 2-4 weeks for delivery.

1. Order Changes
- If an order has not started the production process (orders are sent to production within 24 hours of purchase) our agents can make changes to the order. Changes can include editing size or color and updating shipping information
2. Returns, Refunds, and Reprints
- Please contact us immediately if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, there is an issue with the print quality, or if you have received an incorrect item. Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

3. Cancellations
- If you cancel your order before the item goes to production, the item will not be printed and our team may be able to issue a full refund. However, in order to fulfill items as efficiently as possible, your orders are sent to production within 24 hours of purchase and will not be eligible for cancellation once sent.
- Our Customer Service agents are the only ones that can prevent an order from reaching fulfillment.
